Since 1991, the European network for exchange, exposition and action
research has identified and created a space for peer training and exchange
of knowledge for professionals working in the field of drug prevention
and harm minimisation.
The Network
has developed and promoted its activities in 13 member states of the
European Union (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece,
Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and UK).
Our network
has at least one Correspondent in each of the countries concerned, with
responsibility for facilitating and supporting partnerships. These representatives
are all members of T3E'S Scientific and Technical Committee, which democratically
decides the different programmes; facilitates their structured co-ordination;
and ensures their operation through collective action and country based
dissemination of information and implementation.
To date
this has enabled T3E to achieve the following outcomes :
